By downloading or using PaperMe ("the App"), you agree to these terms.

License

Mobile Alchemy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Free and Pro Features

• The free version provides access to a selection of templates with watermarked exports.
• PaperMe Pro unlocks all templates, removes watermarks, and enables full export capabilities.
• Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription managed through the App Store.

Subscriptions

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, templates, graphics, and code, is the property of Mobile Alchemy and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

User Content

Any documents you create using the App belong to you. Mobile Alchemy claims no ownership over content you generate or export.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Mobile Alchemy does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Printed output may vary depending on your printer and settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobile Alchemy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Web Purchases (PaperMe Pro for Web)

• PaperMe Pro for Web is sold on this website with checkout operated by Paddle.com as merchant of record; Paddle handles payment, applicable tax, and receipts.
• A web purchase issues a licence key (PM-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) that unlocks the PaperMe web tool in your browser. Web licences are separate from App Store purchases.
• Yearly web subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled — manage or cancel anytime from your Paddle receipt email.
• Web purchases carry a 14-day money-back guarantee. See the Refund Policy.
• Licence keys are for use by the purchaser (and their household or their own devices) and may not be resold or published.
